The new apparent wind revolution of performance racing dinghies and sportsboats was born out of the pinching drive force to 'the planing drag ratio' and the demand for equal racing for different weight crews; both greatly influenced by the Skiffs and Int. 14s. This has introduced new demands on gear which essentially means higher loads, smaller high tech ropes and faster response. The result is a fundamental change in product innovation. Changes like this only happen once in a decade and RWO have responded by producing new blocks, cleats and tiller extensions, utilising Hi-tech material & CAD technology, many of which have exclusive design features and patents pending. Some of the existing products have been face lifted and older ones chased out, to give you more enjoyment, excitement and speed from the sport of sailing

Interactive Information - At your request we continue to improve the way information is presented here and to ease selection. Make good use of the information charts which now major metric but include imperial for the rest of us to read! Packaging and product presentation have been improved to help clarify correct selection of fittings. Individual items are mounted on bright coloured cards, clear bags & header cards, or bulk-packed, labelled with part number, brief description, weight/breakload and bar-coded.

The Sea has been our ultimate testing ground for over 35 years and the resultant quality hardware is now used not only on boats but by non-marine and industrial users alike.
