Aeroblocks have been optimised by CAD-CAM computer design for performance and style incorporating a lightweight 'Space frame electropolished stainless steel body, a large pivoting hollow axle and light grey acetal sheave.

Three top attachment versions are available, the fixed bullet type open swivel yoke with clevis pin and ring, and closed swivel.

The closed swivel version is particularly neat when a more secure free moving attachment is required to be made to an eyestrap.

Three model sizes are available with the 25mm size in two widths to cater for different rope diameters.

Sheaves
RWO plain bearing sheaves all have moulded acetal resin central bearings. Acetal is a particularly good material for wear resistance and high strength and low friction as a bearing. The aluminium sheaves are machined from solid and anodised to protect from corrosion and abrasion resistance.

The stainless steel ball bearing sheaves are precision machined from solid and have plastic cage systems to keep the balls running freely.
